Ravi Maria, director of ÂMilagaÂ, a film starring cinematographer-actor Nataraj in the lead role, has confirmed that the movie would hit the screens on May 21. ÂBefore that, the music launch function will take place on May 7, he says.
ÂThe film is about a group of youngsters in Madurai. Nataraj plays a carefree youth and it is a tailor-made role for him. Suja plays a Sourashtra girl, while director Singam Puli is also there in a pivotal role, the director says.
Ravi Maria, who has acted in a handful of movies including ÂVeyil and ÂMayandi KudumbatharÂ, says, ÂActing is not easy as believed by many. An actor has to convey everything in a proper way in front of the camera to get his act right.Â
Throwing more light on ÂMilagaÂ, he says, ÂIt is an action entertainer with enough importance to comedy. Kalaipuli S Thanu will remake the film in Telugu. The director says his future project will be ÂIlamai ThiruvizhaÂ, a film starring fresh faces.
